I first made these while working in restaurant in N.M. They were such a hit I was asked to make them for private parties,fresh peppers are a must.Not for the faint of heart, depending on the peppers heat,but have one and you WILL have another.

Ingredients
- 12 large jalapenos, fresh
- 8-12 ounces cream cheese
- 24 slices bacon, turkey or regular uncooked-
How To Make bacon poppers

Step 1Wash/halve and seed the peppers wearing gloves.Fill pepper halfs with cream cheese.Take a slice of raw bacon and wrap pepper making sure the end is under the bottom of the pepper.Place on an ungreased cookie sheet flat side up. H

Step 2Heat oven to 380, when heated cook for 10-20 mins ,Cooked when bacon is cooked and a little crispy. .
