Barb makes Stuffed Mushrooms with sausage (in JAP), while Grandma W used bacon. Both are great, it is simply a matter of which you prefer. However, you can also make some of both!

Ingredients

  • 3 pints mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • - season salt
  • 10 - strips bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make bacon & cheese stuffed mushrooms, grandma's

  • Step 1
      Remove stems, place caps in buttered pan. Mix stems, mayo, onion, bacon, season salt and cheese. Fill caps with mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees 10-15 minutes.
