Ingredients
- 1 jar 7-oz. jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
- 1 jar 6-oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons capers, drained (to taste)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
How To Make awesome artichoke & red pepper tapenade

Step 1Add ingredients to a food processor and pulse until mixture is well blended, but still a little chunky. Transfer mixture to a bowl and season with salt & pepper.

Step 2Serve at room temperature on pita chips or toasted bread. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
