Ingredients For awesome artichoke & red pepper tapenade

  • 1 jar
    7-oz. jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 jar
    6-oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    capers, drained (to taste)
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make awesome artichoke & red pepper tapenade

  • 1
    Add ingredients to a food processor and pulse until mixture is well blended, but still a little chunky. Transfer mixture to a bowl and season with salt & pepper.

    Serve at room temperature on pita chips or toasted bread. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
