  • ·
    5 avocados
  • ·
    1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • ·
    1/4 cup grated onion
  • ·
    2 t. lemon juice
  • ·
    2 t. sesame oil
  • ·
    2 t. mayonnaise
  • ·
    1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
  • ·
    2 t. grated horseradish
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    hot french fries

How to Make Avocado Garlic Dip for French Fries

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse avocados. Cut in half and spoon out pit. Spoon out the flesh into a medium
    bowl. Mash with fork or masher. Stir in yogurt, onion, lemon juice, oil,
    mayonnaise, garlic and horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve
    as a dip for hot French fries. Makes 8 servings. This can also be served with
    fresh vegetable dippers, chips or toasted pita.
