How to Make Avocado Garlic Dip for French Fries
- 1Rinse avocados. Cut in half and spoon out pit. Spoon out the flesh into a medium
bowl. Mash with fork or masher. Stir in yogurt, onion, lemon juice, oil,
mayonnaise, garlic and horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve
as a dip for hot French fries. Makes 8 servings. This can also be served with
fresh vegetable dippers, chips or toasted pita.
