Convection Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/8 tsp
    tabasco
  • 1 c
    cheese, grated
  • 1
    no. 2 can green asparagus, drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 3
    hard boiled eggs (sliced)
  • 1/2 c
    almonds, chopped
  • ·
    bread crumbs, buttered

How to Make Asparagus Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make cream sauce with flour, butter and milk.
  3. Add grated cheese.
  4. Season with salt and Tabasco.
  5. Alternate layers of asparagus, sliced eggs, sauce and almonds.
  6. Top with buttered crumbs.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees until heated.
