Ingredients
- 1 cup light mayo
- 1 bunch thin sliced green onions
- 2/3 cup grated asiago cheese
- 5 or 6 - artichoke hearts diced
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, dry packed
- 8 oz - low fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan

How To Make asiago dip
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350-F. Mix all ingredients together and put in pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with bread.
-
Step 2Note: I added some lemon juice (to taste) and served it with pita chips. It was good cold, too.
