This is a recipe from Cooking Light. It was so good I wanted to share it with all my friends who may not have tried it.

1 c
light mayo
1 bunch
thin sliced green onions
2/3 c
grated asiago cheese
5 or 6
artichoke hearts diced
1/2 c
sun dried tomatoes, dry packed
8 oz
low fat sour cream
1 Tbsp
grated parmesan
2 tsp
minced fresh garlic

How to Make Asiago Dip


  • 1Preheat oven to 350-F. Mix all ingredients together and put in pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with bread.
  • 2Note: I added some lemon juice (to taste) and served it with pita chips. It was good cold, too.
