This is a recipe from Cooking Light. It was so good I wanted to share it with all my friends who may not have tried it.

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 c
    light mayo
  • 1 bunch
    thin sliced green onions
  • 2/3 c
    grated asiago cheese
  • 5 or 6
    artichoke hearts diced
  • 1/2 c
    sun dried tomatoes, dry packed
  • 8 oz
    low fat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated parmesan
  • 2 tsp
    minced fresh garlic

How to Make Asiago Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 350-F. Mix all ingredients together and put in pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with bread.
  2. Note: I added some lemon juice (to taste) and served it with pita chips. It was good cold, too.
