Many years ago, someone in the family collected recipes from descendants of my great grandparents, William M. and Florence E. (Snodgrass) Whaley and had them compiled into a cookbook. I am posting those recipes here so that they will not be lost. This recipe was submitted by Joetta Matos

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese,
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup artichoke hearts
- 1 pinch garlic powder
How To Make artichoke spread

Step 1Grate cheese and add all ingredients together. Mix well.

Step 2Bake in serving dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Step 3Serve with crackers.
