Ingredients
- 2 - artichoke hearts (small jars)
- 4 - eggs
- 1 - onion (small)
- 1 - garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 1/2-2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
How To Make artichoke loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Finely chop onion and garlic; set aside. Drain artichoke hearts, reserving liquid in frying pan. Add onion and garlic; saute until soft and translucent. Set aside to cool.

Step 2In a mixing bowl, add chopped artichoke hearts and eggs; mix thoroughly. Toss in onions and garlic. When cool, mix in oregano, cheese and bread crumbs. Pour into an 8x8 or 9x9 square baking dish, spreading evenly, for 30-45 minutes.
