This is super easy and a favorite among my friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 1 can can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup romono cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • - bread crumbs, dry
  • pinch pepper

How To Make artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Drain and chop Artichokes
  • Step 2
    In bowl add Mayo, Cheese, Pepper and Garlic powder. Mix well. Add Artichokes and mix. Fold into small baking casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes. When bubbling around the edges and top browned its done. Serve with crackers or sliced french bread mini's.
