i made this dip to bring to a few different parties,. each time at the party soo many people asked me for the recipe . i gave it to a lot of people . it's just delicious . and it's made in a crocpot. served warm.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    artichoke hearts .14 ounces each
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    of dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    cut up pita bread, crackers or veggies

How to Make artichoke dip

Step-by-Step

  1. drain artichokes and squeeze them to make sure you get all the water out . chop artichokes. chop the onion.
  2. put all ingredients in crockpot . mix well. put the crocked pot on high and let it cook for one hour or less . salt and pepper to taste .
  3. serve hot with pieces of pita bread, veggies or crakers . your guests will love this . yummm !!!!!
