One of the best dips I have ever had - except for Vidalia Onion Pie! (Posted also) These are traditional southern dishes that we all enjoy summer and not summer! The only two seasons in the south!

Ingredients

  • 14 oz cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, fresh grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or tobasco

How To Make artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Drain artichoke hearts and tear into bite size pieces. Add mayonnaise and cheese and mix well. Add rest of the ingredients mixing well. Place into shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with hard chips or crusty bread.
