artichoke hearts, canned
2 c
parmesan cheese
2 c
mayonnaise
1 tsp
minced garlic or large dash of garlic powder

How to Make Artichoke Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1drain and finely chop the artichoke hearts
  • 2stir in remaining ingredients
  • 3lightly grease small baking dish: add mixture and bake at 350°until golden brown, about 20 min.
  • 4serve with melba toast or crackers
