My family loves this reciepe. It can be served raw also.But we love it hot and bubbly!

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, canned
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic or large dash of garlic powder

How To Make artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    drain and finely chop the artichoke hearts
  • Step 2
    stir in remaining ingredients
  • Step 3
    lightly grease small baking dish: add mixture and bake at 350°until golden brown, about 20 min.
  • Step 4
    serve with melba toast or crackers
