artichoke hearts, canned, chopped up
1 small
artichoke hearts, jar, in oil, chopped up
4 clove
garlic, chopped
1 pkg
cream cheese, 8oz, softened
1 dash(es)
cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp
1 small
green chiles, diced
1 bag(s)
monterey jack cheese, shredded

How to Make Artichoke Dip


  • 1Mix everything together, except 1/2 of the bag of cheese. Pour into an 8x8 pan, sprayed with Pam. Spread the remaining cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees until cheese bubbles. About 20 minutes.
  • 2Serve with Wheat Thins or another cracker of choice.
