  • 1 large
    artichoke hearts, canned, chopped up
  • 1 small
    artichoke hearts, jar, in oil, chopped up
  • 4 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, 8oz, softened
  • 1 dash(es)
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 small
    green chiles, diced
  • 1 bag(s)
    monterey jack cheese, shredded

How to Make Artichoke Dip


  1. Mix everything together, except 1/2 of the bag of cheese. Pour into an 8x8 pan, sprayed with Pam. Spread the remaining cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees until cheese bubbles. About 20 minutes.
  2. Serve with Wheat Thins or another cracker of choice.
