Ingredients

  • 1 large artichoke hearts, canned, chopped up
  • 1 small artichoke hearts, jar, in oil, chopped up
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 package cream cheese, 8oz, softened
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 small green chiles, diced
  • 1 bag monterey jack cheese, shredded

How To Make artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Mix everything together, except 1/2 of the bag of cheese. Pour into an 8x8 pan, sprayed with Pam. Spread the remaining cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees until cheese bubbles. About 20 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Serve with Wheat Thins or another cracker of choice.
