  • 2 can(s)
    artichoke hearts 14 oz.
  • 8 c
    fresh spinach
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 6 oz
    grated parmesan
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper sauce
  • pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1
    lemon zest, grated

How to Make Artichoke and Spinach Dip


  1. Spray 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Blanch spinach and squeeze excess water.
  3. In large bowl, combine spinach, garlic and lemon zest. Add artichoke hearts, 1 cup Parmesan, sour cream, mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce. Place into casserole dish.
  4. Bake 30 minutes. Then sprinkle remaining cheese on top for last 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot or cold with chips or crackers.
