Ingredients For artichoke and spinach dip

2 canartichoke hearts 14 oz.

8 cfresh spinach

1 cloveminced garlic

6 ozgrated parmesan

3/4 csour cream
-
3/4 cmayonnaise

1 Tbspcayenne pepper sauce

pinchsalt and pepper

1lemon zest, grated
How To Make artichoke and spinach dip

1Spray 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375.

2Blanch spinach and squeeze excess water.

3In large bowl, combine spinach, garlic and lemon zest. Add artichoke hearts, 1 cup Parmesan, sour cream, mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce. Place into casserole dish.

4Bake 30 minutes. Then sprinkle remaining cheese on top for last 5 minutes.

5Serve hot or cold with chips or crackers.
