Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts 14 oz.
- 8 cups fresh spinach
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 6 ounces grated parmesan
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1 - lemon zest, grated
How To Make artichoke and spinach dip

Step 1Spray 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Blanch spinach and squeeze excess water.

Step 3In large bowl, combine spinach, garlic and lemon zest. Add artichoke hearts, 1 cup Parmesan, sour cream, mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce. Place into casserole dish.

Step 4Bake 30 minutes. Then sprinkle remaining cheese on top for last 5 minutes.

Step 5Serve hot or cold with chips or crackers.
