Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts 14 oz.
  • 8 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 6 ounces grated parmesan
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 - lemon zest, grated

How To Make artichoke and spinach dip

  • Step 1
    Spray 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step 2
    Blanch spinach and squeeze excess water.
  • Step 3
    In large bowl, combine spinach, garlic and lemon zest. Add artichoke hearts, 1 cup Parmesan, sour cream, mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce. Place into casserole dish.
  • Step 4
    Bake 30 minutes. Then sprinkle remaining cheese on top for last 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Serve hot or cold with chips or crackers.
