I received this recipe from my good friend Jama. I always keep ingredients on hand for those suprise visitors.
It is easy to prepare and always a hit.
Just don't tell them the ingredients till they tell you how much they love it.
Arichokes are unusual and people think they will not like them.

Ingredients

1 14oz can(s)
artichoke hearts, canned
1 8oz box
parmesan cheese
1 8oz jar(s)
mayonnaise
optional can(s)
3 t diced black olives
optional can(s)
diced mushrooms

Step-By-Step

1Mash Artichokes till fine.
Add parmesan cheese and mayo.
Mix till blended.
Add any optional ingredients and blend.
2Bake in a shallow baking dish or two, it makes alot.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes till golden brown.
Serve with Crackers of choice.
I prefer Sociables or Wheat Thins.
