It is easy to prepare and always a hit.
Just don't tell them the ingredients till they tell you how much they love it.
Arichokes are unusual and people think they will not like them.

1 14oz can(s)artichoke hearts, canned
1 8oz boxparmesan cheese
1 8oz jar(s)mayonnaise
optional can(s)3 t diced black olives
optional can(s)diced mushrooms
How to Make Artichock Dip
- Mash Artichokes till fine.
Add parmesan cheese and mayo.
Mix till blended.
Add any optional ingredients and blend.
- Bake in a shallow baking dish or two, it makes alot.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes till golden brown.
Serve with Crackers of choice.
I prefer Sociables or Wheat Thins.
