I received this recipe from my good friend Jama. I always keep ingredients on hand for those suprise visitors. It is easy to prepare and always a hit. Just don't tell them the ingredients till they tell you how much they love it. Arichokes are unusual and people think they will not like them.

- 1 14oz cans artichoke hearts, canned
- 1 8oz boxes parmesan cheese
- 1 8oz jars mayonnaise
- optional can 3 t diced black olives
- optional can diced mushrooms
How To Make artichock dip

Step 1Mash Artichokes till fine. Add parmesan cheese and mayo. Mix till blended. Add any optional ingredients and blend.

Step 2Bake in a shallow baking dish or two, it makes alot. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes till golden brown. Serve with Crackers of choice. I prefer Sociables or Wheat Thins.
