Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick mix
- 1/2 pound jimmy dean sausage-hot
- 1/2 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 package pork coating mix
- 10 - fresh jalapenos with stems attached
How To Make armadillo eggs

Step 1Carefully cut jalapenos up to stem cap.

Step 2Remove seeds.

Step 3Fill jalapenos with cream cheese and close.

Step 4Combine bisquick, sausage and cheddar cheese and divide into 10 equal portions.

Step 5Cover each jalapeno, pressing the bisquick firmly onto the jalapenos, leaving the stem of the jalapenos sticking out.

Step 6Dip each jalapeno in beaten egg, then roll in pork coating mix to cover.

Step 7On a baking sheet bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
