Here's another Italian appetizer I'll make for Christmas Dinner. Use your favorite toppings,these are some of my favorites.

Ingredients

  • PIZZA CRUST

  • ·
    1 package yeast
  • ·
    1/4 t sugar
  • ·
    3/4 c warm water
  • ·
    3 1/2 c all purpose flour
  • ·
    1 t. salt
  • PIZZA TOPPINGS

  • ·
    tomato sauce
  • ·
    italian seasoning mix
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    parmesan cheese,freshly grated
  • ·
    fresh mozzarella
  • ·
    turkey pepperoni
  • ·
    onion,thinly sliced
  • ·
    red and yellow bell pepper,thinly sliced and sauteed lightly
  • ·
    mushroom,thinly sliced and sauteed lightly
  • ·
    zucchini,thinly sliced and sauteed
  • ·
    olive oil
  • ·
    fresh garlic,minced

How to Make Lad's Appetizer Pizzas

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degree. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Let rest for 8 minutes. Combine flour and salt. Pour yeast mixture into flour and mix with a spoon. Knead 2 minutes. Roll out,cut with a 2 inch round cutter. Spoon tomato sauce on top,sprinkle with Italian seasoning,salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and any toppings. Sprinkle with olive oil and garlic. Bake 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
