Here's another Italian appetizer I'll make for Christmas Dinner. Use your favorite toppings,these are some of my favorites.

Ingredients
- PIZZA CRUST
- - 1 package yeast
- - 1/4 t sugar
- - 3/4 c warm water
- - 3 1/2 c all purpose flour
- - 1 t. salt
- PIZZA TOPPINGS
- - tomato sauce
- - italian seasoning mix
- - salt and pepper
- - parmesan cheese,freshly grated
- - fresh mozzarella
- - turkey pepperoni
- - onion,thinly sliced
- - red and yellow bell pepper,thinly sliced and sauteed lightly
- - mushroom,thinly sliced and sauteed lightly
- - zucchini,thinly sliced and sauteed
- - olive oil
- - fresh garlic,minced
How To Make lad's appetizer pizzas

Step 1Preheat oven to 500 degree. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Let rest for 8 minutes. Combine flour and salt. Pour yeast mixture into flour and mix with a spoon. Knead 2 minutes. Roll out,cut with a 2 inch round cutter. Spoon tomato sauce on top,sprinkle with Italian seasoning,salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and any toppings. Sprinkle with olive oil and garlic. Bake 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
