- 1 can black-eyed peas
- 1 can rotel (mild or hot)
- 1 can white shoepeg corn
- 1 bottle italian salad dressing
- 1 cup chopped onions
- optional - chopped jalopeno's to taste
How To Make alabama caviar

Step 1Combine all ingredients together in bowl and place in frig over night.

Step 2Serve with tortilla chips or, as we do in our house, Frito Scoops.
