7 layer mexican dip
When I was a Longaberger consultant, we had to come up with different ideas for parties, and a fellow consultant shared this recipe to promote Grandma Bonnie's Pie Plate sales! It is really good, and you'll love it!

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup thick salsa
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- - guacamole
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sliced black olives (i actually put on the side)
- - tomatoes, diced
- - green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- SERVE WITH:
- - tostito scoops or
- - frito scoops (my choice)
How To Make 7 layer mexican dip

Step 1Process in food processor: garlic, kidney beans, salsa, chili powder and cumin. Spread in pie plate.

Step 2Layer following ingredients, leaving borders: guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, olives, tomatoes.
