1Prepare ingredients: Wash all the ingredients, soak noodles in cold water to soften. Remove and drain noodles.
2Prepare Stuffing: Combine onion, sesame oil, wine, garlic, ginger, onion, pepper, rice, soy sauce, chicken, green onion, corn starch, salt and mix for 15 minutes. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes .
3Cut tomatoes in half. With a spoon, scoop out the seeds so it forms a cup.
4Add some cornstarch to the inside and the rim of the tomato so the filling stays in. Then add the filling in the tomato cups.
5Place the stuffed tomatoes in the steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.
6Prepare Gravy Sauce: In a pan add oil and saute garlic. Then add the oyster sauce. Add corn starch to thicken the sauce. Pour the gravy over the stuffed tomatoes and enjoy! =]
