    parmigiano-reggiano, grated or reggianito
  • 6 tsp
    chimichurri or pesto
  • 1 tsp
    course black pepper**optional**

  1. assemble a lil' cheese, steak slices, more cheese cheese and pesto equally on 6 potato skins.
  2. preheat oven broiler. broil on middle oven rack for 1 minute or until cheese melts. enjoy!
