This is a quick and easy cheese ball good for any occasion. I constantly have request for this at every family function.

Ingredients For tuna ball

8 ozcream cheese

1 Tbsphorseradish sauce

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 cantuna, packed in water (drained real well)

1 1/4 cfinely chopped pecans (seperate 1 cup and 1/4 cup)
How To Make tuna ball

1Drain tuna (to where it is almost dry) put in a bowl.

2Add to tuna, cream cheese, horseraddish, lemon juice and 1/4 cup pecans.

3Using your hands, mix these ingredients real good and shape mixture into a big ball.

4Place 1 cup pecans onto wax paper or counter top. Roll tuna ball mixture around in the pecans. Place ball in a container and refrigerate for about 40 min. Serve with your favorite crackers.
