Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 can tuna, packed in water (drained real well)
- 1 1/4 cups finely chopped pecans (seperate 1 cup and 1/4 cup)
How To Make tuna ball

Step 1Drain tuna (to where it is almost dry) put in a bowl.

Step 2Add to tuna, cream cheese, horseraddish, lemon juice and 1/4 cup pecans.

Step 3Using your hands, mix these ingredients real good and shape mixture into a big ball.

Step 4Place 1 cup pecans onto wax paper or counter top. Roll tuna ball mixture around in the pecans. Place ball in a container and refrigerate for about 40 min. Serve with your favorite crackers.
