Ingredients

8 ozcream cheese
-
1 Tbsphorseradish sauce
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 can(s)tuna, packed in water (drained real well)

1 1/4 cfinely chopped pecans (seperate 1 cup and 1/4 cup)
How to Make Tuna Ball
- Drain tuna (to where it is almost dry) put in a bowl.
- Add to tuna, cream cheese, horseraddish, lemon juice and 1/4 cup pecans.
- Using your hands, mix these ingredients real good and shape mixture into a big ball.
- Place 1 cup pecans onto wax paper or counter top. Roll tuna ball mixture around in the pecans. Place ball in a container and refrigerate for about 40 min. Serve with your favorite crackers.
