This is a quick and easy cheese ball good for any occasion. I constantly have request for this at every family function.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 can tuna, packed in water (drained real well)
  • 1 1/4 cups finely chopped pecans (seperate 1 cup and 1/4 cup)

How To Make tuna ball

  • Step 1
    Drain tuna (to where it is almost dry) put in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add to tuna, cream cheese, horseraddish, lemon juice and 1/4 cup pecans.
  • Step 3
    Using your hands, mix these ingredients real good and shape mixture into a big ball.
  • Step 4
    Place 1 cup pecans onto wax paper or counter top. Roll tuna ball mixture around in the pecans. Place ball in a container and refrigerate for about 40 min. Serve with your favorite crackers.
