Ingredients For treasures of the sea

  • 20
    round large buttery style crackers
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsely flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground red pepper or cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 2 oz
    whipped butter
  • 12 oz
    sea scallops
  • 4 oz
    grated cheddar cheese
  • paprika for garnish

How To Make treasures of the sea

  • 1
    preheat oven to 350F. In as food processor, process crackers to fine crumbs or place in plastic bag and roll with rolling pin until crumbled. in 2qt bowl , mix togethr crumbs, parsely flakes,oregano, garlc powder and red pepper, stir in butter. Add scallops and cheese,mix well. turn into individual baking dishes (or scallop shells)that have been sprayed with non-stick coating.sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15 mins. Serve hot! Enjoy
