You can choose you own staffing, I only suggest the idea of very tasty and nice looking dish! Enjoy!

Originally I'm not from USA, so I used to prepare these rolls with Armenian lavash. But as it turned out tortillas fit just fine.

    tortillas, flour
  • 200-300 g
    sliced salmon
  • 300 g
    sliced hum
  • 200-300 g
    processed cheese
  • ·
    dill, fresh
  • 1-2 clove

How to Make Tortilla rolls with salmon or ham


  1. Crush dill and garlic into the blender.
  2. Spread processed cheese on the tortillas. Put the salmon on the top. Add some crushed dill and garlic.

    Roll carefully and put it into the freezer for 10-15 min.
  3. Follow all of the directions above, make the same rolls, but use ham instead of salmon.
  4. Cut the rolls into equal peaces. Serve as a cool appetizer. Enjoy!
