tortilla rolls with salmon or ham

You can choose you own staffing, I only suggest the idea of very tasty and nice looking dish! Enjoy! Originally I'm not from USA, so I used to prepare these rolls with Armenian lavash. But as it turned out tortillas fit just fine.

Ingredients

  • 10 - tortillas, flour
  • 200-300 grams sliced salmon
  • 300 grams sliced hum
  • 200-300 grams processed cheese
  • - dill, fresh
  • 1-2 clove garlic

How To Make tortilla rolls with salmon or ham

  • Step 1
    Crush dill and garlic into the blender.
  • Step 2
    Spread processed cheese on the tortillas. Put the salmon on the top. Add some crushed dill and garlic. Roll carefully and put it into the freezer for 10-15 min.
  • Step 3
    Follow all of the directions above, make the same rolls, but use ham instead of salmon.
  • You can choose your own staffing. I only suggest the idea of very tasty and nice looking dish! Enjoy!
    Step 4
    Cut the rolls into equal peaces. Serve as a cool appetizer. Enjoy!
