Originally I'm not from USA, so I used to prepare these rolls with Armenian lavash. But as it turned out tortillas fit just fine.

tortillas, flour
200-300 g
sliced salmon
300 g
sliced hum
200-300 g
processed cheese
dill, fresh
1-2 clove

How to Make Tortilla rolls with salmon or ham


  • 1Crush dill and garlic into the blender.
  • 2Spread processed cheese on the tortillas. Put the salmon on the top. Add some crushed dill and garlic.

    Roll carefully and put it into the freezer for 10-15 min.
  • 3Follow all of the directions above, make the same rolls, but use ham instead of salmon.
  • 4Cut the rolls into equal peaces. Serve as a cool appetizer. Enjoy!
