the best hot crab & artichoke dip
I wanted a top quality crab dip and so bought the quality ingredients and made this. What a difference in taste when you use quality ingredients like real crab meat! This was dipped to death:-)

Ingredients
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 14 ounces can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1-1/2 cup cooked, chopped crab meat
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup italian style bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons chopped green onion and 2 tsp chopped green bell pepper
- - sliced french baquette bread
How To Make the best hot crab & artichoke dip

Step 1Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in garlic, artichoke hearts, crab meat, parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup green onion and 1/3 cup green bell pepper.

Step 2Lightly spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Spoon crab mix into pie pan. Sprinkle w/ bread crumbs. Bake 25 mins.

Step 3Garnish top w/ remaining onions and green bell pepper. Serve alongside sliced French baquettes.
