Ingredients
- 24 scallops in a half shell
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine or dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 stalk lemongrass minced or 1 tsp lemongrass paste
- 1 tablespoon thai chili paste
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 scallions chopped
- thai basil for garnish
How To Make thai dim sum scallops

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place a scallop in each shell or you could use a muffin pan. Mix the remaining ingredients except for Thai basil together and pour over the scallops.

Step 2Bake the scallops for 10 minutes. Then turn the broiler on and broil for about 3 minutes. Serve garnished with Thai basil
