Ingredients
- 2 skinless salmon filets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- sesame seeds
- green parts of scallions
How To Make teriyaki salmon bites

Step 1Cut the salmon into bite size cubes set aside. Mix the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic. Add the salmon cubes and let marinate for 30 minutes

Step 2Remove the salmon with a slotted spoon. Set aside. Add the marinade to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let cook until thickened.

Step 3Add the salmon and cook for about 3 minutes. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.
