Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen miniature phyllo dough pastry shells
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pound cooked, cleaned,peeled shrimp
  • dash tabasco,garlic powder, onion powder
  • small jar stuffed green olives

How To Make tangy shrimp in pastry cups

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Step 2
    carefully remove the small pastry cups from package and place on a baking sheet for 10 minutes to thaw
  • Step 3
    put chopped olives in mixing bowl and stir in mayonnaise
  • Step 4
    chop the shrimp and add the tabasco, garlic and onion powder to mayonnaise.
  • Step 5
    mix well
  • Step 6
    fill each pastry cup with shrimp mixture
  • Step 7
    bake at 400 degrees for approximately 12 minutes
  • Step 8
    serve warm
