tailgating tortilla shrimp n avacado dippers

Ingredients

• DICE & CHOP THE FOLOWING:
• 3 - 4 large ripe fresh tomatos
• 1 medium cucumber diced small bite size
• 1 large sweet onion, diced small
• 3 large 1 smashed avacado, ((2)diced small bite size
• 2 tablespoons best foods mayonaise
• 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped & diced (optional)
• 3 cloves fresh garlic, smashed or 1 tbs garlic pdr
• 1 teaspoon onion pdr
• 2 medium jalapeno peppers, (seeded) , diced small
• 1 - tbs lemon or lime juice
• - salt & pepper to taste
• 2 LBS - large shrimp chopped, or small whole salad shrimp fully cooked
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• DIPPING CHIPS OR LG ROUND CRACKERS
• 1 large bag scoop type tortilla chips
• - or large round type crackers of your liking
• - or even ruffles potato chips, or frito scoops will work.
