- 1 pound swai fillet
- 6 - limes, juiced
- 1/2 - red onion, diced
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh chopped
- 1/2 - jalapeno,seeded and diced
- 1 - tomato, seeded and diced
- - salt and pepper
How To Make swai ceviche

Step 1Dice the swai fillets in small pieces.

Step 2Place in a glass dish, add all ingredients and toss.

Step 3let cure overnight, the lime will "cook" the fish and it will be a delish appetizer..Enjoy with cocktails
