How To Make stuffed squid with ginger lime sauce
-
Step 1Make the dipping sauce by mixing all ingredients together and set aside in fridge.
-
Step 2Mix the ground pork, mushrooms, garlic, scallions, fish sauce, and sugar. Chop the tentacles and stir them in.
-
Step 3Open the bodies of the squid and fill with the pork mixture. Sew a toothpick in to close the squid bodies to keep the filling in.
-
Step 4Add oil to a pan and add the filled squid and cook turning until browned and the inside is cooked through about 15 minutes. The squid will firm up and better hold in the stuffing in. Serve with dipping sauce.
