How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms
- Cook sausage and when it is almost done, add crab meat since it does not take as long to cook. (imitation crab meat is fine, since real crab can be pretty expensive)
- While the meat is cooking remove the stems from the mushrooms this will leave a little "cup" in the cap.
- Fill the caps with the mixture and lay flat on baking sheet.
- Top with some cheese and broil in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
