How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1Cook sausage and when it is almost done, add crab meat since it does not take as long to cook. (imitation crab meat is fine, since real crab can be pretty expensive)
- 2While the meat is cooking remove the stems from the mushrooms this will leave a little "cup" in the cap.
- 3Fill the caps with the mixture and lay flat on baking sheet.
- 4Top with some cheese and broil in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
