This is my grandma's stuffed crab recipe. Hope you like it as much as we do

Ingredients
- 2 pounds crabmeat, fresh
- 4 sticks butter
- 2 large onions
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup celery chopped fine
- 1/2 cup bell pepper chopped fine
- 1/4 cup parsley flakes
- - creole seasoning to taste
How To Make stuffed crab

Step 1Sauté onions in butter for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 2Add crab meat and cook an additional 5 minutes.

Step 3Add parsley, celery, bell pepper and seasoning.Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 4Add eggs, & bread crumbs and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Step 5Stuff mixture into crab shells and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Bake in 350°F. oven for 30 minutes, or deep fry until golden brown.
