Ingredients
- - 24 extra large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- - 1/2 cup pretzel crisps, buffalo wing-grounded in coffee grinder
- - 24 snow peas, blanched & sliced in half
- - 2 tbsps grapeseed oil
- - 1 tbsp thai red curry paste
- - 1 thai chili pepper, minced **optional**
- - 2 tbsps unsalted butter
- - 1 tbsp maple syrup
- - 1 tbsp soy sauce
- - 1 tsp oyster sauce
- - zest and juice of 1 lime
- - basil, mint and cilantro chopped for garnish
- - 24 pretzel crisps, buffalo wing
How To Make spicy thai inspired shrimp pretzel bites

Step 1Preheat deep fryer to 320 degrees. Add moist shrimp to ingredient 2. Coat well. Deep fry for 1 ½ minutes or until shrimp begins to curl. Add grapeseed oil to a heated skillet. Add ingredients 5-11 to the skillet. Simmer for a couple of minutes. Toss in shrimp. Make sure shrimp is evenly coated, Assemble snows peas and shrimp on pretzel Crisps. Garnish with herbs. **Can be served room temperature**
