2 tsp
soy sauce
1 lb
thick sliced bacon

How to Make SPICY SHRIMP BITES (SALLYE)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place shrimp in bowl with cover and sprinkle with soy sauce and garlic

Add enough Sriracha sauce to coat the shrimp

Stir to make sure shrimp is well coated

Place covered in fridge for at least 2 hours, stirring at least twice to assure all shrimp are coated with sauce
  • 2Preheat oven to 450ยบ

Spray baking sheet lightly with cooking spray (you may need two sheeets depending on how much shrimp you are cooking)

Remove shrimp from fridge and pour into colander to drain

    Cut bacon slices in half
  • 3Cook bacon until just limp on electric griddle at medium high heat (or in heavy skillet)

Place on paper towels to drain fat
  • 4Take one shrimp and wrap a slice of bacon around it

Secure with toothpick and place in single layer on baking sheet.

Continue wrapping each shrimp with bacon until all shrimp is wrapped.

Place in preheated oven and cook until bacon is crisp (about 5 minutes)

Cook more than one load if necessary.
  • 5Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
