Ingredients
- 1/4 cup good quality crab meat
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup chopped lobster meat or crawfish tails
- 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon old bay, or favorite seafood seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups crushed oyster crackers
- 1/4 cup prepared cocktail sauce
How To Make spicy seafood ball

Step 1Combine all ingredients except Oyster crackers and reserved cocktail sauce. Form into two balls and cover with wax paper to refrigerate. ** For extra "kick" a dash of hot sauce can be added to the cheese mixture ** For extra crunch, chopped celery, onion or green onion can be added.

Step 2Just before serving-Roll cheese Balls in Crushed Oyster crackers.

Step 3Serve cheese balls on decorative platter with a variety of crackers. Add a side dish of cocktail sauce for guests to add if they prefer.
