Ingredients
- 1 pound head on shell on shrimp deveined
- 1 stick cold butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon Calabrian chili paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
- 1 medium orange, juice and zest
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- fresh chives for garnish
- salt
How To Make spicy bbq shrimp

Step 1Clean the shrimp, leaving the head and shell on. Set aside.

Step 2Add one tablespoon of butter to a large skillet. Season the shrimp with salt.

Step 3Place in the hot pan and cook 2 minutes on one side, then turn and cook 2 minutes on the other side. Remove to a plate.

Step 4Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the honey, chili, coriander seeds, and zest of the orange. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

Step 5Add the juice and sherry vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer.

Step 6Whisk in the remaining butter one piece at a time.

Step 7Add the shrimp back in and cook 2 more minutes. Stirring constantly.

Step 8Taste and adjust for salt. Garnish with chives. Serve with crusty bread.
