How To Make southern crab stuffed mushrooms

    1 Large container Mushrooms 1/2 lb crab meat 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs 3 oz cream cheeze softened 1 cup parmesan cheeze 1 /2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 2 c. shredded motz. cheeze 1/3 cup melted butter 1 T. fresh garlic minced 1/8 cup finely chopped sweet onion 1/8 cup Red bell pepper finely chopped 1/2 cup mayo Saute onion,garlic & pepper in butter.Mix all ingredients together ( minus 1 cup of motz cheeze) Stuff mushrooms. Heat grill to low setting & place foil on mushrooms on grill & grill approx 20-30 mins until with cheeze & close grill to allow to melt.These are YUMMY!!!
