These crabs are so wrong on every level imaginable! Caution: Very addictive and exremely dangeous to your waistline. Shoot, you only have one life to live so go for it. It's so totally worth it. Happy Cooking! sw:)

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds crabs: stone, dungenous, king, alsakan, blue cooked
  • - if using live crabs, cook first before frying
  • 8 ounces beer
  • 1/2 cup whole buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup self rising flour
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon swamp fire seafood seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1-2 large garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • - oil for frying

How To Make so wrong 4 that deep fried bread & butter crabs

  • Step 1
    In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients 2-7 mix well. Add crabs and get a good batter on them.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry crab legs til golden brown. Make sure that you do not crowd crabs in the fryer. In a microwavable bowl add butter, garlic and parsley. Heat in microwave for about a minute or until butter has melted. Dip them babies in that butter and enjoy!
