Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds crabs: stone, dungenous, king, alsakan, blue cooked
- - if using live crabs, cook first before frying
- 8 ounces beer
- 1/2 cup whole buttermilk
- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1/2-1 tablespoon swamp fire seafood seasoning
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1 stick butter
- 1-2 large garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- - oil for frying

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients 2-7 mix well. Add crabs and get a good batter on them.

Step 2Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry crab legs til golden brown. Make sure that you do not crowd crabs in the fryer. In a microwavable bowl add butter, garlic and parsley. Heat in microwave for about a minute or until butter has melted. Dip them babies in that butter and enjoy!
