Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz. salmon
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (hickory)
- 3 dashes tobasco
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
How To Make smoky salmon spread

Step 1Drain salmon well. Remove skin and bones. Flake the salmon. Combine with the onion, horseradish, lemon juice, liquid smoke and tobasco. Add cream cheese. Mix well and chill.

Step 2Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into ball then roll in pecans and parsley. Serve with a variety of crackers.
