Smoky Salmon Spread
1 can(s)15 oz. salmon
2 tspgrated onion
2 tspprepared horseradish
1 Tbsplemon juice
1/2 tspliquid smoke (hickory)
8 ozcream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cfinely chopped pecans
2 Tbspchopped parsley
How to Make Smoky Salmon Spread
- Drain salmon well. Remove skin and bones. Flake the salmon. Combine with the onion, horseradish, lemon juice, liquid smoke and tobasco. Add cream cheese. Mix well and chill.
- Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into ball then roll in pecans and parsley. Serve with a variety of crackers.
