How to Make Smoked Tuna Appetizer
- Let cream cheese warm to room temperature. Put first three ingredients into a food processor and blend well. Remove from processor and place in the refrigerate for at least two hours. After chilling, chop green and bell peppers and place around dip. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with fresh parsley.
