smoked salmon spread

I do NOT like salmon, however, this spread has a nice smoky, mild flavor to it - and it is super duper easy to make. This is quickly becoming my favorite "go to" recipe for potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cooked, smoked salmon
  • 8 ounces pkg of cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 - finely chopped green onions, to suit your taste
  • 1-2 - dashes of worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 - dashes of hot sauce (we used sriracha sauce because it's all we had handy, and it worked perfectly)
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed (i used dried, not fresh)

How To Make smoked salmon spread

  • Step 1
    Flake the salmon and combine it with all other ingredients. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
