smoked salmon spread
I do NOT like salmon, however, this spread has a nice smoky, mild flavor to it - and it is super duper easy to make. This is quickly becoming my favorite "go to" recipe for potlucks.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cooked, smoked salmon
- 8 ounces pkg of cream cheese, softened
- 1-2 - finely chopped green onions, to suit your taste
- 1-2 - dashes of worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 - dashes of hot sauce (we used sriracha sauce because it's all we had handy, and it worked perfectly)
- 1 teaspoon dill weed (i used dried, not fresh)
How To Make smoked salmon spread

Step 1Flake the salmon and combine it with all other ingredients. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
