Ingredients

  • - two 8oz. cream cheese,one cup sour cream, 2 tlps. fresh lemon juice
  • - 2 tlbsp. freash minced dill, 2 tsp. horseradish, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • - 1/2 pound diced lox or two cans of crabmeat or equal amount of fresh or frozed crab chopped
  • - baguette, sliced thin diagonally and lightly toasted and cooled, or crackers
  • - can also stuff in mini sweet colored peppers

How To Make smoked salmon or crab spread ( i used crab)

  • watch your fingers!!!!
    Step 1
    use cream cheese at room temperature then mix all ingredients well. Better to do day ahead so flavors mesh
  • Step 2
    serve cold with toasted baguette slices or crackers. Can also stuff in mini sweet colored peppers
