Ingredients
- - two 8oz. cream cheese,one cup sour cream, 2 tlps. fresh lemon juice
- - 2 tlbsp. freash minced dill, 2 tsp. horseradish, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- - 1/2 pound diced lox or two cans of crabmeat or equal amount of fresh or frozed crab chopped
- - baguette, sliced thin diagonally and lightly toasted and cooled, or crackers
- - can also stuff in mini sweet colored peppers

Step 1use cream cheese at room temperature then mix all ingredients well. Better to do day ahead so flavors mesh

Step 2serve cold with toasted baguette slices or crackers. Can also stuff in mini sweet colored peppers
