How to Make Smoked Salmon Delights
- Slice Bread into 1/2" slices, brush with olive oil and toast until lightly brown, let cool.
- Heat a non-stick pan and thinly slice red onion, add the 2 tbls. of sugar and cook on very low until they are soft and carmelized, add balsamic vinegar at end and set aside.
- For each slice of toasted bread spread spread a thin layer of marscapone cheese, carmelized onions and salmon. Garnish with capers and diced chives. Then give a squeeze of lemon over them. Enjoy!
