Ingredients

  • 4 slices italian bread (1/2- /4-inch thick), sliced diagonally
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
  • 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 slices smoked salmon or lox
  • 8 slices white or purple onion
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese

How To Make smoked salmon bruschetta

  • Step 1
    Toast bread, rub one side of each slice with the cut side of garlic clove and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Arrange smoked salmon and onion slices on bread and top with a dollop of cream cheese.
