Ingredients For smoked salmon bruschetta

  • 4 slice
    italian bread (1/2- /4-inch thick), sliced diagonally
  • 1 clove
    garlic, cut in half
  • 4 tsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 slice
    smoked salmon or lox
  • 8 slice
    white or purple onion
  • 1/4 c
    softened cream cheese

How To Make smoked salmon bruschetta

    Toast bread, rub one side of each slice with the cut side of garlic clove and drizzle with olive oil.

    Arrange smoked salmon and onion slices on bread and top with a dollop of cream cheese.
