My husband and I will lay down a blanket in the yard on a nice day and I will make these for us. It is almost like going on a picnic. They are also great when unexpected company is coming and you need something quick! These are tasty little critters and make nice appetizers.

    mixed cheeses, swiss, cheddar, jack, mozarella, gouda or any kind of cheese
  • ·
    spinich leaves
  • ·
    green olives
  • ·
    crackers any kind (i prefer dare breton wheat)

How to Make Smoked Oysters On Crackers

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash spinach and let dry on dish towel. Lay a spinach on a cracker, followed by an oyster, thin slice of cheese, and a green olive. Place on a platter and serve.
