My husband and I will lay down a blanket in the yard on a nice day and I will make these for us. It is almost like going on a picnic. They are also great when unexpected company is coming and you need something quick! These are tasty little critters and make nice appetizers.

- 1 can smoked oysters
- slice mixed cheeses, swiss, cheddar, jack, mozarella, gouda or any kind of cheese
- - spinich leaves
- - green olives
- - crackers any kind (i prefer dare breton wheat)
How To Make smoked oysters on crackers

Step 1Wash spinach and let dry on dish towel. Lay a spinach on a cracker, followed by an oyster, thin slice of cheese, and a green olive. Place on a platter and serve.
