We used to do a lot of salmon fishing and loved to smoke fish over the weekend to save in the freezer. This was one of our favorites - especially using apple chips for a great flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon fillet
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon oregano
How To Make smoked garlic salmon

Step 1Prepare smoker for a 4-hour smoke.

Step 2Wash salmon and place in a large smoker safe pan. Cover with other ingredients and place in smoker for 4 hours. Remove and serve.
