Smoked Garlic Salmon

We used to do a lot of salmon fishing and loved to smoke fish over the weekend to save in the freezer. This was one of our favorites - especially using apple chips for a great flavor.

  • 2 lb
    salmon fillet
  • 10 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 4 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp

How To Make

    Prepare smoker for a 4-hour smoke.
  • 2
    Wash salmon and place in a large smoker safe pan. Cover with other ingredients and place in smoker for 4 hours. Remove and serve.
