We love to cook a filet of salmon and often have some left over. I use this opportunity to make this delicious spread.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cooked salmon.(leftover filet)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 - small onion
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
How To Make smoke salmon spread

Step 1In a food processor, mince onion.

Step 2Add leftover salmon filet, mince.

Step 3Add cream cheese, mix.

Step 4Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust to taste.

Step 5Best left a few hours to let the flavors meld. Serve wth plain crackers.
