We love to cook a filet of salmon and often have some left over. I use this opportunity to make this delicious spread.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    cooked salmon.(leftover filet)
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/4
    small onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    liquid smoke flavoring

How to Make Smoke Salmon Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. In a food processor, mince onion.
  2. Add leftover salmon filet, mince.
  3. Add cream cheese, mix.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust to taste.
  5. Best left a few hours to let the flavors meld.
    Serve wth plain crackers.
