Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons sambal olek
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 ounces blue cheese crumbles
- 1 cup canola oil
How To Make shrimp with miso blue dipping sauce

Step 1Mix the canola oil, garlic, and sambal olek together. Add the shrimp and let them marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2For the dipping sauce, place the first 8 ingredients together in a blender. With the blender on low, drizzle in the oil to make an emulsion and thicken. Taste and adjust for salt.

Step 3Remove the shrimp from the marinade and grill 2 minutes per side. Serve with the dipping sauce.
