How to Make Shrimp Poppers
- Blend together the cream cheese and shrimp, then season with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cut tops from peppers and remove seeds. Rinse and pat dry.
- Stuff peppers with cheese mixture. Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
